lab work (SD):

            Digested TA2+(PCR) with BamHI+NcoI.  Incubated at 37 C for 1 hr.
            Ran TA2+(PCR) (10ul) and TA2+(PCR)/B+N (10ul) on 2% agarose gel 110 V 60 min
            Used nucleotide removal purification kit to purify 10ul of TA2+(PCR)/B+N.
                    4.4 ng/ul 1.96 A260/280 67 bp = 99.499 fmol/ul
            The gel did not have a band for the 67 bp TA2+(PCR)/B+N.  This may be because the concentration is 
            too low.
