            Sequenced pSB4A5 to verify.
            Made overnights from four colonies from each plate (K102022 and K102032) from 02/07/08.

lab work (JD): 

            From sequencing K102006.4 becomes official K10200 and  K102007.5 becomes official K102007
            Digested pSB4A5 with EcoR1 and Pst1
            Digested K102006 and K102003 with EcoR1 and Pst1
            Ran 2% agarose gel electrophoresis
            Made glycerol stock of K102006 and K102007
