Primer testing
Yesterday's PCR with the new Primers designed by Alex went well. Except for F1610 which we know to be the wrong part, all results on the gel corresponded to the expected sizes of the PCR products.
New ligations
We are starting 3 new ligations:
- R0040 / B0034 (vector)
- R0071 / B0034 (vector)
- I14033 (vector) / I1466
Checking all the parts
A PCR of all the parts will be done, so they can be checked for their approximate fragment length.
Replacement for F1610
A replacement for LuxI has to be looked for.
