- Digests and ligation L12 to add rbs to pSB1A2+appY clone M15 (sequence back today, seems OK).
- Minipreps M31 to M36 of crtB clones from plate 35 and M37 to to M42 of crtI clones from plate 36. Digested with EcoRI/PstI. (AM)
- PCR P13 and P14 to mutate out first EcoRI site from BABEL2+glgC-mut2 clones M19 and M22. These were ran on Gel 13.
- Purified and set up self-ligations of P13 and P14 (L13 and L14) and P12 (pSB1A2+rbs+dxs, L15).
