- PCR P15: fusion PCR of rbs+appY using L15 as template. Extension 20s, annealing 58°C, same primer set as before. Gel 14 shows that it worked OK.
- Gel 14 also shows digests of M31 to M42 (pSB1A2+crtB and pSB1A2+crtI) from yesterday.
- Plate 37 made with subculture of C. fimi on NA with filter paper (cellulose).
- Transformation of JM109 with ligations L13 (BABEL2+glgC-mut1,2) and L15 (pSB1A2+rbs+dxs) (plates 38 to 41)
