- Minipreps:
- M144-M147: Minipreps of cenA (1,2,3,4). Mistake made: I used methanol(920ul) instead of ethanol for M144-M147.
- M148-M151: Minipreps of cex (1,2,3,4).
- M152-M155: Minipreps of dxs-crtE (1,2,3,4).(OG)

- Minipreps 144-155 were digested with EcoRI/PstI. These need running on a gel tomorrow. (AH)
- Maxipreps:
- X11: Zea mays isoamylase 1 (SU1+Pzntr22).
- X12: Maxiprep of Zea mays isoamylase 2 (ISO2+Pzntr22). (HX)
- X11: Zea mays isoamylase 1 (SU1+Pzntr22).
- Combined biobricks:
- L42: dxs+LIMS (M137) to appY (M82).
- L43: crtB+crtI (M109) to appY (M82).
- L44: PcstA (M130) to lacZ. (YAN)

- Blunt-ended ligations L45~L47 of purified P71A (glgC mut 1+2), P71 and P72 (both glgC mut 1+2+3) to SOB2 ("son of BABEL 2"). (AM)
- Prepared competent cells (labelled 'iGEM JM109 18/8 1-35') 1-24 = 100 microlitres each. 26-35 = 200 microlitres each. Stored at -80C. (AH, AM)
