-Brendan and Tin attempted our first lactobacilli electroporation using Emma's anaerobic setup and the plasmids pRV85 (GFP), pRV566, and pDKS-GFPuv (GFP) - none worked and we discovered all the lactobacilli are kanamycin resistant
