• Mini prep of 5ml E.coli cultures containing the pDR110/pDR111
• Competent B.subtilis prepared

PCR Cloning

• Designed Primers for PCR cloning of XylR gene and EpsE integration sequences from the B.subtilis chromosome

• Designed Primers for PCR cloning of AmyE integration sequences and Spectinomycin resistance from plasmid pDR111

Dry Lab

• wrote a code on matlab to obtain velocity, direction, run time and tumble time from the positions of the cell at each frame
• Did analysis on exponential distribution, plotting of Posterior of parameter lambda in response to obtained synthetic data samples generated.
