Infection Protocol
Count cells.
Add 1x105 cells to each well.
Add 0.8 ul polybrene for each ml of media in the well.
Slide to mix.
Add virus – one tube (~15ul) to each well. (BLEACH everything used this point and later!)
Incubate 8-24 hours.
Change media (1mL per well).
