Done today:
- Preparation of pL-pCB and pCph8 for sequencing
- 100μM primer stock stored in red light box in -20°C freezer
- O/N culture of pL-pCB and pCph8 for miniprep tomorrow
- Suspension and transformation of P1002 8B-8D, 8F-8H. These are three pairs of riobkeys and locks.
- Re-transformation of P1000 1A-C, 1G-1H, using the plasmids Haozhen suspended, added another 5ul of TE to each today.
