We are finalizing the SynBioSS Wiki and Designer components. We should be ready to launch SynBioSS 1.0 soon at synbioss.sourceforge.net It should be straightforward to enter BioBricks in the Designer, get a reaction network to simulate with SynBioSS Desktop.
