| 1. Glycerol Stock: |
| a. Add 900uL of glycerol to empty tube. |
| b. Add 900uL of cells to the glycerol tubes. |
| c. Immediately place tubes in a beaker that has ethanol and dry ice for "snap freeze". Allow to freeze for 2 minutes. |
| d. Place tubes in freezer @ -79C for future use. |
