Grow @ 37C ON w/ shaking.

Looked @ ligation plates.
Semiconfluent, but several colonies expressed mRFP.
Pick two red colonies to 5 mls 2XYT and 75 ug/ml ampicillin.
Grow ON @ 37C w/ shaking.
