Restriction gel isolated plasmids
To further test isolated plasmids we treated them with restriction enzyme EcoRI, as described in the protocols. The result is shown in the gel below.
Colony PCR
To test inserts of the succesful transformation we started a colony PCR today. Results due tomorrow.
