September 8th
Miniprep
The picked colonies as well as a new living stab B0030 have grown o/n and were used for miniprep. Concentrations obtained were (in 100 ul):
- B0030: 102.41 ng/ul
- K115010: 115 ng/ul
- K115011: 152 ng/ul
Due to fire rehearsals of the lab further construction has not been started.
Thermosensitive DNA
Our transformed thermosenstive DNA grew, so now we finally have bacteria containing our own parts!
