October 9th
Sonication BCA & Luciferase Assay
Due to the plate reader being inoperable yesterday, we had to do the BCA assay again today due to incubation times that were too long. The luciferase assay has also been done. For results go to the 7th of October
Miniprep K115035 + K115012
We ran out of vector containing K115012, so we prepped it again today. Also K115035 was finished and ready for prepping.
Restriction thermoparts
Our basic thermosensitive parts are still in the Geneart vector, so we've started restriction to put them in a biobrick vector. All the parts were cut with E & P.
