R ferrireducens was extracted from anaerobic culture (4*C) with 21G sterile needle. Approximately 1.5 mL withdrawn, and approximately equal quantities of extracted culture was placed into 3 each of sterile YP media broth and LB media broth, to cultivate backup quantities of aerobic R. ferrireducens. Inoculates were left at room temperature, to attempt plate streaking after few days growth.
