Large Scale Plasmid Prep
- Margaret, Krystle
- Found concentration using spectrophotometer
- Ran gel but DNA did not migrate.
- Restriction digest of prep with EcoRI and ran gel.
Cell density count
- Grace
- Completed cell density count experiment
Purified triparental conjugants
- Grace
- Restreaked transformed PCC6803 on new BG-11+sm2.5+sp2.5 plates for purification
Drylab Work
Timeline for Secretion Project

- Planned timeline (still in works) for secretion project
- Will convert pRL1383a into a BioBrick format plasmid so testing in PCC6803 can begin ASAP
