• Colony PCR of transformants
• Restreaked and inoculated for plasmid prep:

• rbs+GFPf+tt #1, 2
• nir+rbs+GFP #1, 4, 7
• nir+rbs+slr1+GFPf #2, 8
• nir+rbs+pilA #18

• Also inoculated using pSB1A3 for 3A vector

EtBr stained 2% agarose gel ran at 95V for 1 hour. One microliter of PCR reaction was loaded into each well.
