Wetlab work

Insertion of secretion device into BBpRL1383a

EtBr stained 0.8% agarose gel ran at 60V for 75 min. Thirty microliters of RE digested PCR product and twenty microliters of RE digested plasmid prep were loaded into each well.

Grace

• Ran RE digests on gel
• Extracted bands from gel
• Ligated constructs with BBpRL1383a

Krystle

• Transformed into DH5α cells
