We designed some primers to correct the wrong promoter that is present in the parts K145253, K145104, K245272 and K145251. This will have to be done in two steps. The forward primer of step one is (c actat aggga ataca agcta cttgt tcttt ttgca tacta gagaa ctaga atcac ctctt gc) and the forward primer of step two is (atgaa ttcgc ggccg cttct agagt aatac gactc actat aggga ataca agcta cttgt tc). The reverse primer is in both cases (ctgca gcggc cgcta ctag).

We also continued to work on the poster and presentation.
