1. The material was sterilazed: Tip containers, LB agar media, LB media, CaCl2 solution, falcon tubes, eppendorf tubes, etc...
2. Plates were prepared with LB agar (stocks of bacterial strains) and LB plates with antibiotic.
3. To prepare the stock solution of CaCl2 1M add 4.44g of CaCl2 to 40ml od distilled water.
4. Agar plates with lethal dosis of Amp and Tet.

• Amp lethal dosis:512µg/ml
• Tet lethal dosis:7.5µg/ml

6.Stocks of diluted tetracicline (100µl witha a concentration of 5µg/ml) were made on august 28. Stocks in tubes of 50ml, 15ml and 1ml were made and kept at -80°C.
