COMPETENT CELL PREPARATION

DH5α JM101 JM109

1. Individial collonies were taken from overnight cultures from the stocks of the DH5α

JM101 and JM109 strains.

1. 5ml of sterile LB + collony. Incubation at 37°C, 150rpm.
2. The strains JM109 and JM1101 reached the apropiate density (exponential growth phase) after 2hours of incuabation.
3. Incuabation 10 minutes at 4°C.

• Red:JM101
• Blue
• Green

NOTE: The experiment were suspended due the fact that cultures wer frozen.
