- Prepared and ran Electrophoresis Gel for 2nd 6/23 PCR Products.
- Captured UV picture of gel--> Dimer visible, no other bands.
- Discussed results with Dr. Ma--> use control sample (PGT1) to test our reagents, use lower anneal temp.
- Ran PCR w/Positive Control and 10x cDNA(4) from White Rot.
- Immediately ran 2nd PCR w/Positive Control and 10x cDNA(4) from White Rot.
- Recieved Tube Racks, Parafilm from VWR.
