  • Taylor Stevenson:
    • Prepare for making electrocompetent stocks of LamB-strains obtained from Yale stock center.
    1. O/N cultures started yesterday were placed at 4*C
    2. Autoclaved 500mL of LB and 1L of 10%glycerol
    3. continued on next day
