- The plates of Transformants of I0500 in the new vector turned out good
- Did colony PCR on two colonies to confirm they have the I0500 insert
- Ran products out on a 1% agarose gel
- Streaked out both colonies
- Also made O/Ns of the colonies
- Did colony PCR on two colonies to confirm they have the I0500 insert
- Transformations of the synthed biobricks worked!
- Colony PCR to check the inserts
- Set up O/Ns
