After being involved in last year Slovenia team, I came to UCSF to make a transition from a very applicative to foundational synthetic biology research. During the summer I also became a big fan of San Francisco.

When not iGEMming or being busy with my grad school applications (they are taking a lot of my time right now), I can be found playing squash (I especially enjoyed climbing the Lim lab squash ladder this summer), practicing bongos, or reading about philosophy. I also enjoy traveling and capturing some of the most breathtaking sights through my camera lens.
