--Small overnight broths of E0240 and I17039
--Finish 3A ass. by ligating digested parts
--pour more Amp agar plates
--Transform more cells (BBa_B1002)
--Order more supplies-purification kits, non-latex gloves
Results:
- Finished plasmaDNA models for test vector, and first step of BP project
- no 3A assembly, problems with purifying small parts with ethanol
- Ordered second and third BP genes
