- (RBS+BP) assemblies were cut E,S
- B0015 was cut E,X
- >Standard assembly
- Also, used old cuts of A58(E,S) and A59(E,X) to again create an (RBS+BP1) + (RBS+BP2) assembly
- Used newer B0015(E,X) and older I715039(E,S) to attached terminator to PRE RFP
- Ligated, heat-inactivated and transformed with 2ul of DNA into 25ul of cells
