[x] ligation of parts from extraction and c0052', c0051'
[x] transformation (extraction and c0052', c0051')

[] p/s/i of transformants

[x] glycerol stock of S.meliloti (x3)
[x] reinoculate C0052', c0051' in Ap

[x] another PCR of PHB A and B (leave overnight)

[] send 2 of each gene for sequencing

[x] PCR of PHB genes (if primers arrive)
- try using Taq first
- only PHBC worked
[x] check gel of PCR

[x] if Taq PCR successful, run again w/ Phusion; else run troubleshooting PCR w/ Taq
