[x] continue with crossover PCR
- run with KOD at various DMSO%
- RFP' in the G box should be used as positive control using VR and Pre+RBS primers at 10% DMSO with KOD
[x] Run check gel for all PCR samples
- Only worked with 10% DMSO, but worked beautifully

[x] reorganize pDNA and frozen strains
