pMPM-T5+AID+AID-T7

Based on: pMPM-T5-AID
Resistance: tetracycline
Features: AID protein-coding sequence transcribed together with translational fusion of AID protein and T7 polymerase, both under control of the same arabinose promoter
Preparation: AID-T7 fusion amplified from pMPMT5+AID-T7 using primers: AIDlNrH and T7pXbSal. Product was then digested with HindIII and SalI. Resulting fragment was ligated into pMPM-T5-AID digested with HindIII and SalI. [notebook entries] Usage:As it is possible that AID forms oligomers (PDB structure), we developed this construct which should allow AID fused with T7 polymerase to form oligomers with free AID molecules (transcribed from the same vector)
