Wisconsin: Lignin Project/11 June 2008

Attended the Wisconsin iGEM team meeting.

Performed a growth curve of E. coli MG1655 in the three formulas created yesterday.

We also researched more specific information on the sorbitol-6-phosphate dehydrogenase as well as the transporter.

Different plasmids were also examined to see which would best suit our needs.
