Inoculation to one tube (0.25 mM IPTG; ampicillin 50 μl/ml)

    • Omp_A_omega, Omp_omega and Omp_Z_omega - A_alpha protein added ~100 μg
    • Omp_A_omega, Omp_omega and Omp_Z_omega - Z_alfa protein added ~100 μg
    • Omp_A_alpha, Omp_alpha and Omp_Z_alpha - Z_omega protein added ~100 μg

  1. Bacteria centrifuged and frozen
