Team Fungus:

Grew up 2mL LB + KAN overnight cultures for 10 colonies from 1:5 V:I transformation plates at 37 degrees C and 200 rpm.
Also grew up a overnight culture for 1 colony from undigested pET28a transformation plate for a positive(+) control.
