lab work (SD): 

              Isolated plasmid DNA from culture tubes using QIAprep miniprep standard protocol. 
              Digested DNA with EcoRI + PstI.  
              Incubated at 37 C for 2 hrs.  Run on 2% agarose gel.  
              Expected fragment lengths: R0010 200 bp, R0011 55 bp, E0433 533 bp, pSB1A2 ~2 kbp.
