lab work (JD): 

             Gel purification of TA2,TA3, TA6, TA7/B+N

lab work (SD): 

            Quantitated pSB1A3.1,.2, and .3
            Digested pSB1A3 with EcoRI+PstI
            Incubated for 2 hrs at 37 C
            Ran on 2% agarose gel (110 V for 60 min)
            Excised fragments for pSB1A3.1 and pSB1A3.3
