lab work (SD, JD):

             PCR of T/A I oligonucleotide using Term + and Term - primers 
             DNA digest of T/A I with XbaI + PstI to isolate the terminator and establish sticky ends for
             insertion into plasmid.
             Ran on 2% agarose gel.
