lab work (SD): 

            Transformation results: 26 colonies on LB+amp50 plate.  TA2+(PCR)/B+N (nr) in K102031/B+N (gp).
            Conclusion: nucleotide removal can be used to purify digested products and result in successful
            ligations and transformations.
