lab work (SD, JD): 

         Colony PCR of eight colonies selected from 21/05/08 K102000 and K102001 plates.  
         Run on 2% agarose gel.  
         K102000.3, K102000.4, K102000.5, K102000.6, K102001.2, K102001.3, K102001.4, K102001.6 were 
         inoculated into LB + amp100 culture tubes and incubated at 37 C overnight.
