lab work (JD): 

                 Carried out mini-preps and sequencing on 8 colonies from O/Ns K102001.1 to K102001.8

lab work (SD): 

                 Resuspended Term0+ and Term0- and annealed.  
                 Digested T/A 0, K102002 and K102004 with BamHI and NcoI.


lab work (WM): 

                 All sequences looked good but K102010.2 is best
                 Ligate into a low copy kan-resistant plasmid (pSB4K5) to make K102011
                 Setup ligations of K102010.2/EcoRI+PstI with pSB4K5/EcoRI+PstI
