              Collected some quantitative data of K102011/X+H and TAIn_X/X+H
              Found that perhaps a 1/100 dilution of insert might work better for ligation
              Carried out ligation of K102011 vector with TAIn_X inserts
              Transformed XL1-B Cells
              Plated on LB+kan35
              Incubated at 37C 
              Annealed new gates TA2, TA3, TA6 and TA7
