  • Rima ran a gel of the restriction digest of the 3:1 and 6:1 ligations.
  • Results:
  • 6:1 - One band at 3 kb and one at 100 bp
  • 3:1 - One band at 3 kb and one at 100 bp
  • One band at 3-4 kb for other lanes ( maybe the digest did not cut in these reactions run with the 3:1 and 6:1 ligations)
