Goals for the week include Biobrick work. Ordering of new promoters.
Will want to look up a cell count to Optical Density relationship. We might also want to consider a purely biological means of detection. For instance, place a Green Fluorescent Protein after the Cell Lysis Cassette in bacterial cells. GFP and S,R,Rz genes will be under the control of the same promoter.
