We made new chemically competent cells
Ligations
F2 had a lot of cells growing, but also on the control. We pick a couple of colonies and make liquid cell cultures anyway, we will see on the gel later if we got lucky and picked one with the insert. But we restart also a new digestion/ligation/transformation of F2.
