Lab meeting

We discussed the issue with the self-signaling. We come to the decision that we need to integrate a bistable switch, ie. that each path auto-activates itself and represses the other.

To achieve that we need to add LacIm after the RFP and CI after the GFP. We will add the LacIm into the plasmid immediately, but will wait with the CI as we first want to finish what we begun. (We would have to start over again for the CI).

We appointed task leaders for the following weeks. They will coordinate the efforts:

Cloning: Gilles

Microfluidics: Nicolas

Modelling: Thomas
