Part III Integration of two models
In the simplified genetic circuit on Part II, the reaction,
DNA.[hAID_LexA:DeGal4_lexO] -> DNA.[hAID_LexA:Gal4_lexO]
demonstrates the effiency of functional mutation over the reaction rate.
From the model in Part I, the rate is calculted throughout the simulated time axis.
| Therefore, the integrated model can simulate all the species concentrations over time, and solve the mutation problem in vivo theoretically. |
