Hotels

If you are interested in making arrangements for hotels, here is the hotel page. There are a few iGEM room blocks available at some hotels but you should book those as early as possible as they will run out quickly.

Invitation Letters

If you need to apply for an invitation letter in order to apply for a visa to attend the Jamboree, please see the invitation letters page.

Post-Jamboree Workshops

We are planning on holding a few workshops after the Jamboree. We will hold some iGEM workshops Sunday afternoon/evening after the Jamboree (November 9). We would encourage iGEM teams to stay for the Sunday afternoon/early evening iGEM workshops as it will give you an opportunity to continue to learn about topics related to iGEM. Please keep a look out for workshop topic proposal details. We will welcome all of your suggestions for workshop topics.
