- pJWV021 and pUC57-ncl08 were restricted using a different method:
pJWV021 stock
- 48μl MillQ H2O
- 8μl buffer M
- 20μl pJWV021
- Tube 1 = 19μl stock solution + 1μl NheI + 1μl BglII
- Tube 2 = 19μl stock solution + 1μl NheI
- Tube 3 = 19μl stock solution + 1μl BglII
- Tube 4 = 19μl stock solution
