Overall Project:
This year´s main project is an attempt to create an "artificial receptor-system", featuring extra- and intracellular modules as well as suitable transmembrane regions.
We use so-called Origami-DNA with various modifications to stimulate eucariotic cells by creating stimulus-patterns and, thus, "receptor"-clusters.
